Alphaliner 500G
The Alphaliner 500G is ideal for fast and efficient installation in small and medium-sized sewers with a nominal diameter range of DN 150 to DN 1300. This model features extremely high transparency to UV light and excellent mechanical properties. When combined with the REE4000 UV curing system, it allows for high curing speeds of up to 8 feet per minute, making it a highly economical, safe, and long-lasting solution. The Alphaliner 500G is made from a highly stable, resin-saturated glass non-woven fabric with a thickness of at least 0.3 mm.
Alphaliner 1800H
The Alphaliner 1800H is designed for high static strength, providing economical repairs for large-diameter pipelines. It consists of saturated resin and high-quality polyester fabric, with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm for exceptional durability. In production, the ECR 'Ultrapipe' grade of fiberglass is used, specially formulated for UV light curing. This formulation increases the material’s transparency and optimizes curing. With our high-quality resins, the new generation of materials offers unique technical properties. During restoration, an inner lining pipe is created that is extremely durable and capable of withstanding extreme static and dynamic loads.
